Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel's location was perfect, just a quick stroll away from the town center, pier, and beach. The rooms were small but cozy, offering all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The service was delightful, with the staff being friendly and helpful. The dining experience was excellent, providing a variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyable stay.
The hotel offers exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, with an excellent location near the beach, BIC, and town center. However, the rooms smell musty and old, indicating a lack of maintenance. While the service was friendly and courteous, there was an issue with contacting the car owner. The location is convenient, within a short walk to the beach and Bournemouth Pier. The dining experience was pleasing, with good quality food but could improve, and the facilities are satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, but being right next to the dining room entrance with lots of traffic was a downside. The service varied from rude to very friendly, which was a bit confusing. The location was superb, close to all attractions, but slightly noisy being at the top of the hill. The dining was lovely and hot, but the prices were higher compared to other Bournemouth B&Bs we stayed at before.
I was pleased with the hotel's prime beachside location and its proximity to fantastic dining options. The rooms, though not exactly as depicted online, were still comfortable, and the staff's service was impeccable. While the dining options were varied, there were some inconsistencies. The hotel offers a plethora of facilities to enhance your stay, making it a worthwhile choice for the price.
The hotel is in a convenient location, a short walk to the Bournemouth International Centre and the city center. The room, although small and needing a refresh, was clean and suitable for a couple. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining experience offered a great variety, and the location was ideal for exploring the town center and beaches.
